Photos from the "Family" Baby Shower

Here are a few select photos from the baby shower that Aunt Sara and Grandma Connie hosted for Taylor. It was such a fun time! They both did a great job of coming up with entertaining games (like the diaper contest) and cute decorations (such as the neat-o cake). And don't forget Grandpa "Gator's" tasty grillin'!

Doctor Visit on Monday, Sept. 25th.

Yvette and I went to see Dr. Borello again today, and found out that Yvette is now dilated to a "2". It's always good to hear that everything is going great. :-)

The good doctor said that there are no signs of an early arrival (yet, anyhow), so Yvette will have to keep being a good sport for at least another week. Her last day of work is tomorrow--and that's only a half day--so that should help things. Yvette won't have to go back to work until next year--well, almost--so she will get to enjoy staying at home with Mr. Taylor for 12 weeks or so.

Baby shower(s) photos coming soon!

Very soon, I'll be posting some photos from our baby showers that we had for Taylor.

We can't thank Becky & Christy and Sara & Connie enough for all their efforts in hosting our two showers. We all had a great time, and everything went perfectly--well, except when I lost at the diaper-changing game. :-)

Photos of Yvette (and Taylor, of course)

Check out these photos of Yvette in all her pregnant glory. :-)

She's going to kill me when she finds out I posted these here...but I can't resist. What a hottie!

Many thanks to Kris Ikejiri for taking these photos. He did a great job!

The baby room...

...is still a work in progress, but it's already nice and cozy. I think Big T is gonna be right at home. The theme roughly focuses on sailboats (and lots of blue, of course), and Yvette has done a great job of putting everything together. I'll be posting some photos on here soon of Taylor's bedroom...I promise!

Latest Doctor's Appointment, version 2

This is a late post, since Yvette and I went to see the doctor four days ago--but, oh well. Everything was just dandy, and Yvette has now gained over 35 pounds (go, girl!) for a grand total of 134.5 lbs.

Today marks 12 days and 7 hours until the clock strikes 12 on the night of October 3rd...so we are closer than ever!
